Let’s Do Some Construing, shall we?

U.S. Constitution, Article 3, Section 3. Treason.
Something has to be done about people, agents, operatives, domestic and foreign, going around the U.S. and screwing with people. For political reasons. Rationale: the ends justify the means. And what is that end? The maintaining of political power by the status quo. The reactionaries. The theocrats. The counterrevolutionaries. The monarchies. etc. And what are the means? Surveillance-spying. Mischief, mayhem. Disinformation. Provocateurs. Covert Operations-dirty tricks. Conviction, eviction, kidnapping. murder…How far and how long is this going on?
Historically, the empires, monarchies, dictatorships, caesars and czars have almost always ruled. Very rarely an enlightened leader or a Renaissance occurred. Even rarer a revolutionary such as Russia 1917, Chile 1972. We in the USA say we have the best form of government, a Constitutional republic. Turns out this is not quite the best form of government because although it dissuades the monarchs and theocrats, it doesn’t dissuade the reactionaries. I submit the ideal is a progressive administration and Congress elected, judiciary following by appointment in a Constitutional republic. Teddy Roosevelt almost achieved that in 1912. A successful progressive movement/revolution should evolve into some form of libertarianism. Eventually to some form of anarchism. This could take centuries.
Treason against the UNITED STATES shall consist only in levying war against them or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
Adhering to the Constitution is what the UNITED STATES have in common. While it may not rise to the level of treason to violate the Constitution for an individual, if more than one should violate the Constitution or the Constitutional rights of one or more than one person, that should be construed as a conspiracy. A conspiracy against the Constitution or Constitutional rights I submit should be construed as rising to the level of treason.
I say there are many people and instances of such treason.
In the case of Nancy McCusker Benson, PhD, we may very well have such a case. If Her Constitutional rights were violated, it clearly had to take more than one person. If her death was faked for political reasons, the first step in proving this would be an exhumation. If there is no body in her grave, or someone else’s, the first people to be questioned should be her doctors, whoever signed the death certificate, whoever conducted the funeral and burial and the only witness to her death-her husband.
And if the reactionaries are capable of this, there are almost certainly many more such cases.
Something has to be done.
Now, who is it that is failing to investigate these-alleged-traitors?

When in history has progressivism ever led to libertarianism?

    • rwm4prez2012 says:

Never. Precisely. Because there has never been a successful progressive movement/revolution. The various leftist governments engage in socialism or half measures hence they fail. Like I said, the closest we’ve come is the Progressive Era to ending shortly after Teddy Roosevelt’s death. Late 1800’s to early 1900’s.
