Open Letter to Evictions Officer

To: Frank Tordoro, Sheriff
Camden County Sheriff Department
Hall of Justice, 1st Floor
101 South Fifth Street Camden New Jersey 08103-4001

Dear Frank Tordoro,

You were the eviction officer in my case.
In a way, I owe you an apology. I considered confiding in you that something was wrong with the proceedings. However I decided not to. That it would be a waste of time. That you probably heard all sorts of sob stories etc. But by not doing so, I took away any possibility that you would intervene in some way. I am sorry.
This letter is to request that you use your discretion in enforcing eviction orders by declining to enforce this order by Judge Laskin due to irregularities should there be a judicial review and/or investigation. I assume that would allow me to return and not be charged with trespass. Note that one of my 2 lots has been rented, H5, the other, H9 has an unoccupied trailer on it which is for sale. I propose to move back to H9.
I look forward to your response as well as that of the Presiding Judge.

Sincerely,

Robert W. Milnes
