Neurosis: A serious discomfort or incapacitation not due to organic causes.
Clearly our Earth is remarkable in the Galaxy. Most notably with the presence of numerous life forms. Also clearly the vast number of them are neurotic (life negative). Two notable exceptions, counter neurotic, (life affirmative) are earthworms and garden slugs. They are not capable of extended life span due to their low place in the food chain.

However humans have achieved predominance on Earth. That presents the possibility of expanded life span.
We know that neurotic society is rife with unpleasant items such as war, crime, aging, death etc.
Question: Would counter neurotic society be rid of them? Be achievable, sustainable? The means would clearly be sexual in nature. One aspect would be counter neurotic childraising. Reich anticipated this so creating The Wilhelm Reich Infant Trust Fund. A timely development would be to add living quarters to schools. Perhaps 5 days per week; weekends for optional Home Schooling and living. Schools would be hardened with fencing and one guarded entrance. With a set maximum age for staff, perhaps 25 or 30.
